Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of the facility
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring authorized entry
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, or security breaches
- Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or activities
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors with inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in report writing and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
